Extensions — what people ask.

Do I need planning permission?

Rear extensions up to 45m² are exempt under July 2026 rules. We confirm at your free site survey.
A standard single-storey rear extension takes 6–10 weeks. Written programme provided before starting.

Typically €2,000–€3,000 per m². All quotes are fixed-price and itemised.
